Steve Palumbo: Brent Burns shakes off slow start and is an All-Star once again

Burns is an All Star because there were too many teams whose only candidate was a forward and that aced out Logan Couture who should be our representative in Tampa. Burns has been an absolute disaster in his own end this year and may hit the -30 mark by the time the season is done.
